What we collect

When you send a form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address and phone number, the details of your inventory or inquiry, and any photos and documents you attach. We also record which page the form was sent from and when.

To stop spam and abuse we keep a one-way hash of your internet (IP) address, which cannot be turned back into the address. Like any website, our hosting providers process technical request information to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

To review your inventory or question, reply to you, prepare and discuss offers, arrange transactions and logistics, keep records of our business communications, and protect the website from misuse. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Your submission and files are stored in a private database and file storage run for us by Supabase, and new submissions may be forwarded to our team by our email provider. Only our team can open them. We share information outside our company only when needed to complete a transaction you’ve agreed to, or when required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising trackers, analytics or cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and files for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our business records. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we have to keep it — for example, records of a completed transaction.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by emailing info@sellycell.com. This website is intended for businesses and adults.
